  I have tech question, How do you do colored line in photoshop? if you used photoshop.

  Nah I never use Photosop to color anything with a flat color. I use Flash becasue I can convert it to vector first and Flash will also allow you to partially fill an area. It’s much better for what we do than Photoshop is in my opinion. To color something in Flash I use the brush tool and cut off spill areas for say the nose so I can then click it and it will fill the correct color. For the hand I will simply color the black line right at the cutoff where I want to stop that particular color and then fill the hand outline. Again it works nicely because you can set Flash to only fil in segents which is better in my opinion that Photoshop.
